As an entrepreneur I am a dynamic and curious person, whose aim is to keep improving and learning to achieve more in business. I am interested in the startup scene, business meetups, workshops, hearing about new and innovative ideas.

Trainer, Coach, Health Promotion Psychologist. She is working internationally and teaching at Eötvös Lorand University. She is professional of Psychosocial risk at workplace and Curriculum development. I help companies, workplaces, people, children achieve their dreams, goals, aims.


Bálint Jósa


He works in the nongovernmental sector since he is allowed to work. He created and led social movements in his schools and universities. Foundation of Subjective Values was funded during his studies in Pécs to combat discrimination. In 2014, he was elected to the board of Amnesty international where his role is to design the strategy of the Hungarian branch. He runs more than 50 national and 20 international trainings, and facilitated several workshops. He is an intercultural trainer and mentor for Roma and Migrant issues mostly. I am working voluntarily to create a more tolerant society and raise the issue of minorities facing discrimination since I am a child. I enjoy challenges and creative processes and I am a good public/motivational speaker.



President of Foundation of Subjective Values

Marcell Lőrincz studied Slavic Philology and International Human Rights. He is running the Subjective Values Foundation as the head of the board since its establishment. He is also active on European level as a vice-chair of ENAR – Europe’s largest advocacy network against racism based in Brussels. Currently he is dealing with different activities in the field of the integration of migrants, the training of foreign students and entrepreneurs, the political participation of minorities and immigrants, and he is a leader trainer on human rights related topics. My mission is to treat social conflicts and problems, reduce prejudices against the most vulnerable groups and promote positive messages towards the society using art and culture as a tool.

Independent cultural industry professional. Board member at Subjective Values Foundation and Hungarian Cyclist's Club. Assignee of leading cultural enterprises such as Sziget Cultural Manager Ltd, Bankito Festival. Event manager of the European Union Representation Hungary. Has business interests in different other sectors. Lecturer at the International Business School Budapest. My strength is analytic thinking and risk assessment. Most I like is the planning phase of projects, especially stakeholder mapping, and capacity building. I am also interested in the technical aspects production. I am an enthusiastic mountain biker, with 20 years of off road cycling experience in four continents.


Hanna Telek

Project manager

She studied Recreation Management and Health Promotion, graduated in 2014. During her studies she was continuously working in the social sector. She gave visual and physical exercise therapy to youngsters with mild and severe intellectual disabilities at a care and nursing home in Perbál. As a fresh graduate she worked at an event organizing company where she had the chance to learn event management from the first brainstorming until the realization and the follow-up of corporate events. In 2015, she got involved in the civic sector through the "Pro-Cserehát" Association, where she organized self-supplying agricultural projects in underprivileged countryside environments. In 2016, I started working for the Foundation of Subjective Values, where I am responsible for Entrendeurs Budapest. During my free time I work as a ski instructor.
